Ever since HGTV - House Hunters International started airing shows shot in tropical destinations, people all over North America have wondered what it would be like to look for their dream home in an exoctic location. 

HGTV has shot several shows here on Ambergris Caye including House Hunters International and Live Here, Buy This! Since these shows are so popular I've decided to create my own version. 

Paradise Hunters (Belizean Style) will focus on properties on Ambergris Caye and showcase the island lifestyle. We will show a variety of homes, condos, resort projects and vacant land opportunities. We'll focus on buying for personal enjoyment, retirement and investment. 

Taryn and David currently live in California but they have a goal of moving to a Caribbean island in a few years. So they are starting to research their options now and Belize has made their short list. Even though their move is a few years away they are still looking at buying property in Belize now to secure their spot on the island.
